Yes, you will have access to showers and lockers, so feel free to bring a change of clothes.

Yes, we will have additional vendors on site for food.

Absolutely!  The more the merrier!  Prairie Athletic Club  and CrossFit Vultus are family orientated facilies and we will have additional activities to keep everyone entertained.  Including a water park!!

Murph: Every participant must start with the mile run/1600m row.  You can then divide up the Pull ups, Push-ups, Squats in any order and however you want with your partner.  Then everyone must finish with a mile run/1600m row.

Chief Scott: 100 push-ups must be done with a partner or solo before moving on to 100 sit ups to do with a partner or solo, then each participant must finish with a (2) mile run or 3200m row.

Dog Tag Dash: You will start on the run and stop about every 1/4mile to do 10 push-ups, 10 sit ups, and 10 body weight squats.

You will have an hour to complete as much of the workout as you can.  This is in order to keep the waves on schedule.
