Heroes Workout- Raising the Barr. Join B2BT and CrossFit Vultus as we honor our hometown hero Cory Barr and the men and women who continue run into harms way for our protection and safety. This fundraiser is a fun workout to raise some money, but mostly to honor our local first responders. Proceeds enhance our Fitness Readiness program which provides fitness memberships, fitness classes, and fitness equipment to equip our local first responders to be physically fit for duty.

The Workout

As many Overhead Presses as possible in 20 minutes on 9 Barbells

  • 45# Barbell
  • 55# Barbell
  • 65# Barbell
  • 75# Barbell
  • 95# Barbell
  • 115# Barbell
  • 135# Barbell

**There will also be 5.5lb youth bars and PVC pipes for any kids that would like to join in on the fun

The goal is to keep the barbells moving throughout the 20 minutes as much as possibly, athletes should rotate as much as possible on weights they are comfortable with.  This workout is designed to be fun and allow anyone from any skill level the ability to join in on the fun.



NOTE: All checks on Event Day should be made to Back to Basic Training directly and not the facility.
