Murph: Every participant must start with the mile run/1600m row. You can then divide up the Pull ups, push-ups, Squats in any order and however you want with your partner. Then everyone must finish with a mile run/1600m row.
Chief Scott: 100 push-ups must be done with a partner or solo before moving on to 100 sit ups to do with a partner or solo, then each participant must finish with a (2) mile run or 3200m row.
Dog Tag Dash: You will start on the run and stop about every 1/4mile to do 10 push-ups, 10 sit ups, and 10 body weight squats.
